Cultures de Chez Nous

Established in Sainte-Brigitte-des-Saults since 1981, Cultures de chez nous is  now the leading aspargus and leek’s supplier to Quebec food chains. With its large sales increase, the farm had to expand their facilities by adding  two cold storage and one leek transformation room.  Our Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) approved insulated panels were chosen for the architectural building envelope and for their cold storage rooms of this project.
